Our “after-sale” customer service is second to none. Should you ever lose or damage a part, just contact us. We are available by telephone or, if you prefer you can send us an email and we will answer with your priority in mind.
All components are warranted against breakage, under normal use, for 12 months from the date of purchase. Should breakage occur, call us and we will make it right. It’s as simple as that, just how it should be. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost. We retain the right to determine the method of repair or replacement.

The information we collect will only be used by Superior Stainless Design & Manufacturing LLC and/or its registration and order processing services. We will not sell, share or redistribute your information to anyone.

Thanks for shopping at Strut Pro. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to contact us by phone or email for a return authorization.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will usually receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
